“The tour was fine. The sites are wonderful and yet somber. The guide was knowledgeable. The bus ride was miserable. It was too cold. The weather was freezing outside and at first the bust was well heated. The someone complained it was too hot on the bus. Instead of removing their coats, hats, and other layers, they complained to the guide who had the driver turn down the heat to match the arctic temperatures outside.
